R.C.G.S. opts to use due diligence in our grading methods. However we make no warrants to be expressed or implied. All parties involved recognize that the grading of currency involves our professional opinion and the grade assigned to currency may vary from one expert to another.

R.C.G.S. shall not be held liable nor responsible for any mishaps of the transferring of your items to us and our insurance will offer protection of your currency at the value to a common market suggested by our findings to your receipt of your item(s). You must inspect your package as it is delivered and make any claims thereof immediately upon receipt or within a 3 day period if the insurance of this item(s) is to be pursued.

R.C.G.S. shall not be liable for any damage to currency resulting from careless mishandling on your end of receipt or any other mishandling that may occur while the currency was in our care.

R.C.G.S. shall be sent payment included with each submission or unless otherwise agreed upon for the grades and service about to be rendered. When grading the currency notwithstanding the fact the currency fails to meet the minimum grade set by owner or due to the non-grading by R.C.G.S. standards.

R.C.G.S. shall not be liable for any clerical error in the description or grading of currency; its sole liability shall be limited to the grading of Rare Currency ONLY!

R.C.G.S. will try to grade currency within the time frame allotted for the service. If for any reason R.C.G.S. is unable to grade said currency in that time, R.C.G.S. shall have no liability, except for return of any agreed special services that were not met. R.C.G.S. reserves the right to amend, alter and change its terms and conditions without prior notice.

The terms of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The venue for any dispute shall be in the State of California. All parties to waive trial by jury.
